Luckily this time of the year I could have a chance to finally taste the famous Swedish Semla. Forsa Hembageri offers the classic version, which was epic! It was very soft, light, with the best amount of almond fillings and whipped cream. I also took away a Cardamom bum, which was also one of the best, that I have ever had. The cardamom spice was very intense in it with lots of butter, it was spectacular! i can highly recommend this bakery. You can also sit outside on the terrace with heaters as well. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming! i will definitely return when I’m in Uppsala again.- Service

Visited the Uppsala store 1 week ago. It was our last bakery stop on the way to the airport to fly home. The most tender and gooey kanelbullar and kardemmabullar we tried during our 2 weeks in Sweden. Messy in the rental car but delicious. Also bought a small bag of oatmeal cookies which were buttery and good. I had hoped to finally try a semlor but they didn't have them this month.

I have had a complete culinary revelation from the seed and nut bun!! Excellent quality. This place is insane. I completely adore it. It has the cutest outdoor seating with fluffy rugs and when you step inside you feel as if you are in an old time gosh bakery. 10/10 stars for everything.

Whenever I’m in Uppsala this is my go-to place for a hot cup of filter coffee and one of the best cardamom buns in town. They also do great take-away salads and sandwiches! Small and cosy inside with limited seating and a nice shielded seating area outside with fluffy blankets to keep you warm.

I went there on a Saturday afternoon to have a Swedish cinnammon bun. It was delicious. After I had paid, the baker asked me if I wanted bread. First, I thought, he'd give me some bread to try, but he gave me a whole loaf of bread (maybe they had too much and did not want to throw it away?!). As this was my last day in Uppsala, I took it home to Germany. It tasted exzellent! Great food und great staff!
The semla this year was 10 points, according to the wife and I. Crunchy, tasty mandelmassa, soft but dense bun base, fresh tasty cream.

Best cafe latte in Sweden. I can't stop thinking about it...and the Katalan was delish. Will make a special trip there when back in Sweden next week. Cannot wait...it's THAT good.

Great bakery with a nice selection of breads and pastries. We tried a few different selections and everything was fresh and very tasty. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
